Working with the special effects has been a challenge for me, the training video provides clear instructions on the various special effects elements. However, though very helpful, I have a long way to go to become proficient with iMovie.

The integration of audio using GarageBand was clearly demonstrated in the video. In my project for National Real State Academy I am required to present and describe new job assignments; and various concepts as we brainstorm and develop the project. I will practice using both GarageBand and iMovie to team members. This would be more effective than providing instructions via a collaboration forums a chat sites.

I enjoyed the movie video training. I found it to be very thorough in its presentation – and answered many of the questions that was making it difficult to use. Understanding the interface is probably the most beneficial module.

The event library and event browser video was extremely helpful in describing the different feature of the program layout.

Creating a new project module demonstrates how to start a new project using the built in themes provided by iMovie.

BP3_TeamLab

I have chosen TeamLab (www.TeamLab.com) to use in my project. TeamLab is a team collaboration and project management tool. Presently, there are two major projects involved with national real estate Academy. They include the development of the business model, and the website. The team members for these projects are located in the USA, India, Bangladesh and India. TeamLab is the perfect tool for collaboration on these projects. Presently, we are using Odesk for the administrative management and payroll an e-mail. We use Skype for communication and in some instances text messaging. We have attempted using other collaboration tools such as base camp, WebEx, Central desktop. I have found these online collaboration tools to be cumbersome, undesirable learning curve and expense. TeamLab have all the tools and features of these collaboration tools and it's free. I will immediately start the process to incorporate our team processes in TeamLab. The setup TeamLab is very easy. An online team collaborate is essential to the development of NREA ptojects.  Also, it is important to departmentlize. Also it is import to departmentalize work in progress.  TeamLab features allow us to separate work and give access on a need basis. The chatting feature an online discussion forum will allow us to keep records of conversations in one site. The time tracking feature is a very convenient addition that will eventually allow us to eliminate the use of Odesk.
